An unresolved text formatting issue causing annoyance (Blogger giving no option to not highlight background text colour) has resulted in me leaving the blog unused for a few months. I've also redesigned the style of the blog so that the text formatting issue is no longer apparent. This coupled with coursework and birding keeping me busy, I thought it was time for an update.
If you missed it on eBird, my trip report for the amazing Cornell Lab of Ornithology's Young Birders' Event 2017 is available here: www.ebird.org/content/ebird/wp-content/uploads/sites/55/Hellicar2017YBE.pdf. It was a privilege to learn from those at the top of the scientific ornithological sector, visit some great locations, and see a multitude of new avifauna with 101 lifers for me.
