A great day out in Gloucestershire with Paul B. An early arrival in the Forest of Dean, meeting up with Mike B, saw us scoring brilliant views of five young Wild Boar, followed by two Hawfinch, Bullfinch, and a handful of Mandarin Duck. A stop off at a Hartleton Lake, Herefordshire, produced 2 Great White Egret and 52 Goosander. We ended the afternoon seeing two Lesser Horseshoe Bat with a licensed surveyor. Thanks to Paul for driving.
